Music has always been a huge part of my life.As a kid,every birthday or holiday was an all day-all night Salsa,Musica Criolla,Disco marathon.In a family of countless uncles aunts cousins etc.there was always a reason to celebrate right around the corner. We all danced,from the youngest to the oldest.I remember lots of applause and laughter.I felt the music inside,I was moved by it.

I grew up listening to rap music in my formative years and thank the Hip Hop Gods it was through raps Golden Era..BDP,RAKIM,SLICK RICK,KOOLG and on.I felt the music inside,I was moved by it unlike anything I had heard before Rap.I studied it well.My body would attempt b-boy moves to it.My art would try to incorporate it in each graffiti line stroke.I memorized the words and the patterns and it all made perfect sense to me.

In this page I present these loops based on my love for Rap Music,the samples (keeping in true form with the Rap concept of sampling)Ive found are rarities,the more obscure the better. Others are well known but Ive tried my best to make them as uniquely mine as possible.The drum pattern is the Boom Bap I feel when I see a fresh graffiti piece or a fly breakdance move.May these loops not offend the Hip Hop Godz but serve as a humble offering of gratitude for providing the soundtrack to my youth.
